INDUSTRIES an ISO 9001 2000 Certified company, designs and
manufactures metal bellows expansion joints and compensators. These
are used in pipelines to absorb the linear, lateral and angular
movements and vibrations in the pipelines.
Typical applications include:
Pipeline construction - for steam, gas water lines, petroleum
products.
Diesel engine construction - for exhaust lines of large engines;
to absorb thermal expansions and mechanical vibrations.
Heat exchanger construction - to absorb the differential
expansions between shell and tubes.
Steam turbine inlet and outlet lines.
Compressor / hot air blower inlet and outlet lines.
Boiler feed pump / turbine extraction systems.
Condenser expansion joints.
As dismantling aid for valves having tongue and groove end
connections.
For high pressure hydraulic lube oil.
For hot blast main lines in steel plants
For conveying lines. Etc.
The bellows elements are manufactured in single wall or multi-wall
construction from thin walled stainless steel tubes. Expansion
joints are available with wieldable pipe ends, with flanged ends or
with specific end connections as per the requirements. Expansion
joints conforming to the internationally recognized E.J.M.A.
standards are also designed, manufactured and tested to the code's
requirement. PRECISION has got full fledged facilities for testing
cyclic life, deflection, pressure capacity ,spring rate, squirm and
other destructive and non destructive tests.
A wide range of bellows expansion joints are available for
temperatures up to 2000 deg C, pressures up to 200 bar and diameters
up to 3600 mm diameter.
With in a short span of 10 years more than 500 of our satisfied
